Dear fifth grade students:
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the ULPGC participates in the Project PREPARE VET (PREscriber Perspectives on Antibiotic use and Resistance Education in VETerinary medicine) whose main objective is to find ways to improve training on antibiotic use and resistance to antibiotics given to veterinarians.
At the national level, the project coordinator is Bruno González Zorn and is also supported by the National Plan against Antibiotic Resistance of the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS).
Over the past few months, a single Europe-wide survey on knowledge on prescribing and prudent use of veterinary antibiotics and on the development and spread of antibiotic resistance has been produced.
This survey is intended for veterinary students in their final year of their degree. The survey will be disseminated not only in Spain, but also in all European veterinary schools, being available in several languages: English, German, French, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Spanish and Turkish.

Your participation would not only mean a success of the project, but it would provide us with valuable information and would confirm the willing and collaborative attitude that our universities have in international participation.
I thank you in advance for your participation in this project by accessing the survey through the link.
Thank you so much
